    “Bus to NYC from Buffalo instead of a flight!!!”

    I recently have experienced the worst in customer service. The crew led more than 25 passengers believe before the flight that the plane had mechanical issues. We were given 2 options: get a refund or take a bus. We took the bus at 3:15pm and ouor plane DID depart at 3:30pm!!! it is frustrating and outrageous how none of the members of US Airways crew had a knowledge about the departure of the plane and we had to endure a 9 hour drive. US Airways customer service was rude and inconsiderate. My boyfriend and myself missed the Lion King performance in Manhattan which was worth $200. We are seeking compensation from US Airways now or planning on filing a claim against this airline.
