    Buffalo delayed to too much fuel on plane.

    When deplaning in Atlanta for connecting flight an AirTran employee sent us to gate D1 which was a ten minute walk. At gate D1 we were told gate was switched to C17 which was were we started!!!

    After boarding and ready to depart we were told we had to wait for a connecting flight which turned out to be 4 flights. This took one hour and we arrived late in RSW Florida.

    When departing RSW we checked flight schedule and no delays were posted. After arriving at AirTran the flight was delayed for one hour!

    nice comfertable on time and friendly staff. A little late leaving Buffalo but to be expected in January (snow)sum it up Not to bad.

    The flight was very smooth to Atlanta. We had good weather and the flight attendants were very polite and helpful. The flight from Atlanta to Fort Meyers was also a pleasure. The return trip however at the RSW boarding was a pain. We had to board the back of the plane and walk downstairs with our luggage and then down the tarmac to stairs to the plain. A real pain in the neck. The passengers in front could go down the tunnel.

    Great flight. Curb check-in service was hassle free. No meal-just a snack and cold drink but the flight was only 3 hrs. In flight staff excellent!
