    Decaf coffee was instant and terrible! Flight attendants needed to spend more time talking to patrons and less to each other.

    US airways personnel certainly do not go the extra mile for anything- not even smiling!!! Also, not anywhere near as efficient in boarding as Southwest Airlines.
