After waiting 1 1/2 hrs in NY & several delay announcements, they finally can canceled the flight at 10PM. Did not offer any reason why, nor did they offer any thing to make up for the mess that was created. I got on the first flight the next AM on a 40 passenger prop plane that we had to access from the runway. They put me in the very last seat which had 5 people across. It was pouring rain in Wilmington & we had to once again exit on the tarmac. No shelter, umbrellas, nothing was provided. It was quite a hassle to get a refund from them for some of us who were able to get flights on other airlines. Unfortunately there are not many option for those of us flying out of Wilmington, NC. I will be sure to investigate other options from now on.
