    From check-in to baggage claim at Logan and West Palm Beach airports, and everything in between, I experienced the very best service of any airline I've flown on. Everyone was courteous and helpful. To top it off the flights were not only on-time, but, incredibly smooth with comfortable seating, and friendly and accommodating flight attendants. I love Jet Blue.

    I was a bit apprehensive about traveling over the Thanksgiving holiday given that it is known as such a busy travel time and much talk in the media about the TSA scanners controversy. The JetBlue agents were friendly and helpful from baggage check to boarding the plane. The plane was clean and seats were comfortable. Wish there was a bit more leg room and that you didn't have to pay extra for that. The TVs are such a great way to pass some of the time. The flight crew was very pleasant and provided excellent service. The pilots kept us apprised of flight expectations. We actually arrived early both flights!

    This flite was the last leg of flight from Europe. Clean, on-time and comfortable, with free beverages and good coffee. What more can you ask for?

    I was a bit annoyed my TV didn't work (which is what makes JetBlue a step above the rest), but other than that everything went smoothly. Our gates changed at Logan, but it was announced and we even left a bit early.
