Mechanical problems and then weather. Surly flight attendents on the return leg, snippish when we ask what the pilot had mumbled over the PA about our delay.

Flight pushed back on time, then was held on ground because of weather until the weather arrived, then held for more time, causing missed connection and a 51/2 hour delay in reaching my final destination. Captain kept us informed and obtained a reroute of the flight to shorten the delay. Cabin crew could have used lessons in how to smile.

I had recent trip over Memorial day Wkend, very easy check in with Kiosh for seating and boarding pass, although lowest fare to DC was via Dulles, one should get bus to Dc on Metro bus for $3.00 approx. 30 min. ride.

Flew these guys over Memorial day weekend. Expensive fare, but I got the times I wanted, so that was a plus. Both flights were on-time departures and early arrivals. I really don't like flying into Dulles because of the train and shuttles you must take to get to your gate. Not United's fault, but keep in mind when booking to IAD. The flight back to Boston was smooth, with an early departure. However, there was no drink service, which I found odd. They even mentioned how they would come around with drinks when we were taking off. Anyways, good flight times and on time/early flights. In-flight staff was so-so.
