Flight was purchased as United, operated by Air Canada. From check in to arrival flight and staff was great. Will rebook in hte future!

Mechanical failure; 4 different reschedule for departure times; stating weather problems when in fact it was plane problems which were never repaired in Toronto & when leaving Boston the air conditioning etc still wasn't repaired. No snacks on board; they ran out. HORRIBLE. Return flight worse: deplaned & then reboarded. Never given anything renumeration wise. TERRIBLE.
