    Flight from Boston delayed 90 minutes because of incoming flight delay. Then further delayed 2 hours because of mechanical problem. Then delayed another 45 minutes because no crew available to switch baggage to new aircraft. Over 4 hours late out of Boston, we missed our connection to St. Maarten in Miami, had to spend the night there and lose a day of our vacation flying to St. Maarten the following day. Trip home uneventful except we got in to Boston over half an hour late.
