flight attendants odd... flirted with older pax...slow beverage service...gate agents very nice.. wating area too small for the size crowd that was waiting for flight

American Airlines... before I start do I have anything nice to say... thought about it, and NOPE! First of all the 25.00 baggage fee each way for 1 piece of luggage was annoying, then being delayed, then being on a 4 hour with only a drink cart coming through 1 time and of course not even a bag of peanuts, and the movie departing and returning was a cartoon. The flight attendants were rude and unaccomadating. All in all I will aviod American Airlines in the future.

Rated this flight bad, even though it was comfortable, because our baggage went missing. Flights to & from San Juan were fine--comfortable & on time. Good service. Layover at JetBlue JFK terminal was pleasant. But, unfortunately, our baggage went to Florida while we went to Boston. Very annoying, and kept us at the Boston airport a long tedious time straightening things out. It was particularly disheartening to be told that this happens a lot. Next time, we'll try for a direct flight.

My wife and I took this flight on our first trip to Puerto Rico in many years. Our "final destination," as airline employees like to say, was the island of Vieques.
Overall, it was a good experience. The getaway from the gate down the taxiway and onto the runway was extemely quick. Even the cabin crew seemed a little caught off guard and the Spanish-language safety video was still playing around the time the wheels left the ground.
The flight was super smooth, as both the weather and the pilots cooperated to avoid turbulence. Arrival was about 20 minutes ahead of the scheduled time, bringing it in under four hours for the flight. That was good because it gave us more time to get across San Juan to SIG to catch the puddle-jumper over to Vieques.
The flight attendants were pleasant and the service was excellent. We'd take this flight again.
