Everything about this cross-country flight was terrific from an easy check-in at curbside to comfortable seating (no, we did not upgrade for "extra leg room"), TV/movies at each seat, nice array of snacks and beverages with courteous, pleasant flight attendants who had fun doing their jobs! Would definitely use them again but wish the airline would start flying in and out of Manchester, N. H.! Getting to Logan is a hassle, but I would do it again to fly a non-stop on JetBlue.

Flying across the US & 3K miles approximately & NO MOVIE & NO TV Nothing @all :( to help pass the time. This was incredibly dissapointing. No gratis chips even tiny bag like Air Canada or other airlines. Just drinks. Did purchase fruit & cheese & that was not bad. Purchased xtra legroom & still stingy w/legroom & I'm only 5'3". VERY long flight.

and direct flight from boston to san diego makes it that much more nice. my only problem is its quite expensive if you book 3 weeks or less in advance and the flight departure times keep changing. there were days when flights took off at 5:00 pm from boston, then they changed it to 5:55 pm, and now its 4:30 i've lost track of when the flight leaves these days. oh and the seats are not that comfy as they advertise, but they are much better than some premium airlines

Can't go wrong with a non-stop flight on Jetblue. I'm tall, so I like the extra legroom in their seats (and I didn't pay more for the roomier seats). The flight left on time and arrived on time. We were served a snack and drink. I watched my personal TV the entire trip which made it feel shorter. Bring headphones to watch the TV, but if you forget you can buy their headphones for $3 (or something around there) and they are nice enough to not want to throw away.

Check-in for early flight out of Boston on JetBlue. Massive lines just to drop off baggage! Pretty stressful as our flight was to leave in an hour -- I haven't seen lines like that in a long time. Fortunately, they were calling people out of line for flights that were taking off sooner and security was pretty quick. Once we got past that mess, it was smooth sailing to SAN via JFK. We fortunately got the only row with an empty seat (score!) JetBlue service is always top notch and we even arrived to SAN early (though the time we spent in line at Avis made up for it!)
