Weather is an understandable reason for a delay, but a single light bulb created more frustration and challenges to a plane load of passengers! Two hours on the tarmac for replacing a lightbulb, plus 5 minutes to complete paperwork...which became 45 minutes...makes for cranky flyers. On top of that, connections were not possible and a night in Salt Lake City with vouchers for food that are not accepted in a late night restaurant made for a less than memorable conclusion to a vacation!
