When we made our reservation for four to France I asked if the price would go down. I was assured it would not go down, only up. Well, two weeks later it dropped $205 per person. I called Delta to ask for a credit voucher for the difference. They told me they would have to reissue the ticket and charge $500 per person. They told me every airline does that. Another outright lie!!!! American, Southwest, and Jetblue have all issues me credit vouchers recently without charging a change fee. Please do yourself a favor a fly an airline with integrity- not Delta!!!

Boarding American Airlines is a nightmare. And to write a letter is worse(If you want a response). We travel often to Europe never will I fly American Airlines. Define racial profiling. Fly American Airlines. Thats what they do.

Good flight schedules, early arrivals and great positioning for transfers at destination airports. Great service and good food. Seating seemed to be a tad bit more spacious. More expensive than other carriers to Europe, it was worth it to have stress free flights to and around France.

Aside from typical economy class seating space issues, flights were under an hour late departing, Air France Personnel were very gracious, food was decent, beverages were plentiful - still at no extra cost. Very happy with movie choices.

We have taken this flight many times and have used innumerable FF miles with no problem with redemption or surcharges per British Air. It's non stop. The cabin crews and everyone associated with American have been great since 1988.

Flew Air France for fist time to visit family in Paris. Got to airport only to learn a half hour before flight that plane delayed due to " a bad fuse". One hour later they "are still looking for the part". Another hour and part has been in located in WASHINGTON, DC so they will ahve it there in 3.5 hours. Got a $12 voucher for food and airport food is disgusting. Original flight scheduled to leave at 5:40pm and finally left at 12:15am!!! No efforts were made to help passengars call their family waiting Paris. No computers available in airport to email. No compensation offered. Once on flight, food served. It was pretty good but never saw flight crew afain until breakfast...so much for my "free" wine. I am used to crappy service on American and United and had been told Air France had fabulous service. I was very disappointed. I have written to their customer relations and hiopefully will get a voucher or some refund...if not will never fly them again. There is no excuse for a machanical problem at the gate before take off....don't these airlines check their equipment.

The attendants are friendly and the food is quite good on Air France! The return flight was during high alert, and the check in process was orderly and respectful.

Could not watch a movie on my overnight flight-the monitor would not work-same problem on the return flight. Food was horrible-Kozy Shack pudding for dessert! Service wasn't with a smile.
