I flew from Boston to Orlando in July 2012. The plane ride was excellent and the service was great. The food and drinks were great as well, the seats are very comfortable and there is plenty of leg room. They offer alot of tv shows to watch. JetBlue is the best airline I have ever rode in my life. I would recommend this airline to anyone.

Both trips were on time. Both trips were without incident. Everyone was very helpful. The only thing which would make it better would be if we didn't have to pay for at least the first piece of luggage.

Seating was a bit tight and we just happened to be in the only row without a window (it would've been nice to know that since we were paying the additional fee to select seating). Staff was very courteous and professional.

We had exit row seats they were very roomy compared to that of other airlines. Priority boarding came with the exit row seating ...also a plus. Staff was pleasant and accomodating. Free wifi also helped pass the time more quickly. We were happy with our airtran. ..prices were great too!

The actually flight was fine, but the whole booking and checking in process was a nightmare. I had searched for weeks for the perfect balance of price and timing to make sure our kids had a good travel experience. I took a higher fare and chose an airline that made us pay for checked bags in order to ensure a good departure time of 10 a.m. so the kids wouldn't be exhausted on arrival. Despite booking several months in advance and giving up the chance to take advantage of sales with less desirable flight times and free baggage, the airline unilaterally changed our departure time to 7 a.m., which meant our kids had to get up at 4 a.m. to make it to the airport on time and were faced with a long vacation day with insufficient sleep. Plus, somehow my husband was not given a reserved seat and had to wait to find a seat last minute, causing much worry and many phone calls to make sure he got on the same flight as our family. He did not sit anywhere near us, so I had to stow and get down three bags alone while managing two kids and their toys, snacks, etc. I know we chose the economy flight, but we shouldn't have to pay twice as much just to get the basic service of a reliable flight time, reserved seats, and the certainty that we could travel together as a family.

The flight out was great and the movie selection was wonderful. We had a nice leg room, not bad at all. The return flight was over crowded and had many delays and we got in at midnight but it was due to high winds in Boston. Hotel in Orlando was great the Hyatt Place Orlando is highly recommended.

Not a good air plane passenger. I am a very nervous person and aware of every noise and strange sound. however on the Jet Blue flights, I was completely at ease, and will fly Jet Blue again and again. GemJean

Self-checkin was very easy, a little more confusing at Orlando. The seats were very comfortable leather although slightly worn down. The flight attendants were very easy-going and talkative and made for a very pleasant flight both to and from.

The airline crew was really great -- very friendly and accommodating. The plane was very clean, especially the bathrooms (very impressed!). Only complaint was about the seats.....felt like I was sitting on a hard bench (and I have plenty of natural padding).

The flight was inexpensive and on time. We had one stop both ways and the flight was on time for every stop. Only criticism - we booked in December and had non-stop flights both ways. A couple of months later our flights were changed to one stop each way. Wasn't wild about that. I would not have booked had I know it wasn't a non-stop flight. Over all for the price of the round-trip flight it was a positive experience.

Flight was on time and uneventful. Need more free entertainment options - if they were to directly compete with JetBlue and install directtv/dish, they could be great. Wi-fi a huge plus for business travelers.

This flight had free wi-fi access so it made up for the fact that their is no tv service - I usually fly JetBlue. If my kids had been with me, this flight would have been miserable...the tv's on JetBlue totally keep them busy. Sorry AirTran. On a positive note, on our return flight we were upgraded to Business class and it was much more comfy. In this area, AirTran wins hands down.

Due to being a frequent flyer with US Airways, I was upgraded to first class at economy fares. Check -in was speedy. No problems with either flights, in fact, we arrived early by almost 15 minutes for first flight and 20 with the second one. Luggage pick up was fairly quick, as well. Overall, it was a great experience for fair charges (approx. $280 r/t).

I've flown this route a handful of times and it has usually been pretty good. It's a short flight but pretty boring with little scenery to see out the window. Be aware that in the summer Orlando has afternoon thunderstorms daily because of the geography in the middle of the peninsula. These are usually pretty intense but short, though one time that I flew this route the plane had to be redirected to west palm beach and grounded for 6 hours while we waited for Orlando weather to clear up!

I had no issues flying to Orlando and back on JetBlue in November of 2009. Check-in was easy at both Logan and in Orlando. The flights were uneventful, the TV viewing great (got to catch the Celtics on the way back). Definitely recommend if you have to fly...
