    After giving up our seats on our scheduled flight, was given 1st class seats on next flight....Boy, this is the way we all should be able to fly!!!!!

    Unfortunately, back to coach for 2nd leg of trip & no luggage for 24 to 48 hours, but was in sunny, warm Aruba...

    One flight attendant was very rude.Should have gotten her name but did not.

    Flight back was excellent and the staff was also excellent. Too bad one person can leave you with such a bad taste.

    From the begining to the end Jet Blue made our vacation easy to get to. They were very attentive at check-in while still being very efficient. A very relaxing experience, thank you.

    The plane from Aruba to Atlanta was great. Each seat had your own TV/Movie. The flights were all on time and I hadn't flown Delta in awhile and was pleased with the flights.

    Jet blue makes it so user friendly. Bag check in was very well set up, and very efficient. Every counter was open and moving along well. The boarding went along smoothly as well. This airline has done a very good job of getting people where they want to go with the minimum of problems, very good job, thanks, it makes for a very pleasing experience while people are looking forward to relaxing heading to a vacation destination.

    I will continue to travel on airlines that offer at least one checked bag for free. It is pretty difficult to take a vacation without at least one checked bag.

    right from the check in to the landing, you cannot beat jetblue. love the tv's and the snacks you get,just a very good airline. always travel with them when i can

    Originally scheduled a nonstop. They cancelled the nonstop and this flight both ways, involved a long lay over.

    Dissapointed in American Airlines. This was the second or third time they have done this to me.
