Love the seats and standard leg room on Jet Blue. Snacks are basic but at least they are "free". Like the individual TV screens. Remember to bring your own ear pieces/headsets.

Of all my airline experiences Delta and especially this leg is the worst I have experienced. After checking in for a flight from Boston to JFK, Delta had options for travelers during some snow problems. There was not an announcement about delays or cancellations of the flight to JFK. The gate agent had no interest in accommodating travelers because of their bad software and I was stranded in Boston over night. There was a flight to LGA but the agent had no desire to do any work so people were just left stranded. No apologies no nothing. Just confirmed my desire to avoid Delta as much as I can. Not my first bad experience with Delta and hope to make sure they can't screw me in the future.

I couldn't be happier with JetBlue's new fleet of jets. The already roominess of the seating has gotten better...more legroom! When the gentleman in the seat in front of me put his seat back, it didn't hit my knees like other airlines. And I'm not tall either, I'm only 5'6". Attendants were extremely friendly and the pilot actually came out of the cockpit to address on the PA. Nice touch and great flight.

This was my first flight to JFK. Much better airport than LaGuardia and easy to catch the train to Manhattan. After this my second flight on Jetblue I'm a total JB convert. I would pay a little extra to fly this airline over others just because the total experience is so vastly better than the United's and USairs. I usually Amtrak to NYC and this time tried flying. Door to door it was faster for me to train and a more relaxing experience, plus I get 6 hours of work done on the train. I'll definitely fly JB again but next time I'm training to NYC.

I fly this route a few times a year for work. While I love, love flying JetBlue (hence why I'm willing to fly into JFK!), it's still a hike to get from JFK to the city. It's usually an hour ride via taxi. It's worth it to me since I love the in-flight amenities that JetBlue offers, but something other travelers should consider. If you are limited on time, BOS to LGA (or the Acela) might be a better option.
