The flight left on time and we arrived a bit early. We were comfortable and enjoyed the flight. Free beverages and snacks and first bag free are all plusses on this airline. The attendants are friendly and helpful; pilot kept us informed throughout the flight, i.e., reasons to keep seat belt on for a while, etc. I find the service on Jet Blue to be the best of any airline I travel. On a previous flight, where there was a delay in leaving, they even sent me a credit afterwards, even though I didn't contact them! I am always pleased with JetBlue. Not so much with security in Boston, though. Too grumpy and overly strict. Only place I ever had to remove a clean tissue from my pocket....and my watch from my wrist!

The planes seemed brand new: very clean and comfortable. We had full flights and so they checked our carry-on at no charge. Our flights were either on time or EARLY (in one case, 45 minutes early!) and gate connections in DC and Charlotte were a breeze. This was the easiest I've traveled in a while.

The best part is that there are only 2 seats in a row and no fees for luggage. Thanks Jet Blue

After a cruise we left Boston on Delta to New Orleans. Boston to Atlanta, very good. However as the airline had changed the flight time by 30 minutes, they conveniently cheated us out of the meal we had expected. Two Twix bars replaced it. Ample drinks but the stewardess never even looked at us, never mind knew our names. No personal service here. Second flight Atlanta to New Orleans, one drink after we took off and levelled out and no more, never saw the stewardess again. First class was full on both trips. Just not worth the money anymore. Seats very comfortable but for the money they should have been. Will go back to regular class and save a lot of money.

One of the few airlines that still allows one free check in bag. Decent snacks. And, smart enough to board the plane from the back to the front. No fighting through people already seated and still trying to get situated.
