“smooth flights, but luggage issue!”

Having made this trip several times, it was nice to have a trip, on time, with no delays, smooth connections, and pleasant flight crews!BUT..baggage handling is another thing...due to charging for bags...EVERYONE has a carry-on...so by the time we boarded, there was no room for our bags, so they had to check them..on the way down...no problem...but back to Boston, same thing happened...they took our bags and checked them...but once in Boston...they misplaced, or dropped my bag (depends on what to believe),and after everyone received their bags, I went to them ,and they told me, it was on its way in. As we waited for almost an hour for them to bring it in to the claim area...they stated it was on the "equipment", but the equipment got stuck in the snow! When I did receive my bag, it was soaking wet! at least we didn't have to pay for the bags to be checked, that would of been "insult to injury"! They should just go back to checking at least one bag for free, and make the boarding and deplaning, a bit more easier on the flying public! Just flew Southwest...so much easier!

Since everything went smoothly both directions, there is nothing to complain about. However, that does not make the seats any more comfortable. Still, it is MUCH better than any seat on Spirit Airlines.

Held hostage is how I felt! I originally booked a 10:30 AM flight out of Boston to go to Memphis, but Air Tran e-mailed me and put us on an 8 AM flight. The original 1:45 layover, turned into almost 4 hrs.!! So, we spent all that time in the Atlanta airport. I tried to fly to a different city from Boston to connect to Memphis, but to no avail. Got a great deal on the the price of the flights, but lost 4 hrs. of my day in the Atlanta airport! Really don't feel this is a good way to conduct business, and will be using another carrier for my Memphis trips!
