As we waited for our connection in St. Louis, the airport was hit by a tornado. Southwest communicated flights were cancelled indefinite.
The airlines should have a contingency plan for passengers who are stranded by providing a dedicated toll-free number to provide assistance with booking hotels, car and provide alternative options. Passengers in these type of situations are left stranded with no assistance or support which is completely unacceptable specially for people who don't speak English, the elderly and disable people. I use to enjoy flying, I don't any longer. I had to drive from St. Louis to Chicago in order to get my final destination of Houston at an additional cost.

fight was on time and no problems, but the only complaint was the flight attendants. They came through with the drinks and pretzels and then immediately came through with the trash bags. None of us had had a chance to finish our drinks. Then they sat down in the front of the plane and never came through again. The entire flight most of us had to sit with our tray tables down with empty cups. I finally got up and went to the front of the plane and threw away my trash. Guess they're maybe waiting until they're part of Southwest.

Only complaint is it cost too much money to check in bags. I had a grumpy flight attendant for one flight, but that's my first one in my experience with Delta.
