First time on Jetblue. Loved it. Single cabin, big seats for a reasonable upgrade fee, nice crew and no service carts blocking the aisle. Loved having the pilots come out before takeoff to welcome everyone. Snacks for a fee. Good to bring your own onboard. Frequent flier, will use JB whenever possible.

It was a decent flight over all. There were no hassles at Security, although I would have preferred that they notify me of their intention of using the body scanner. I would have deferred and opted instead for a "pat-down". Boarding went smoothly.

the flight was one hour late to leave Boston! No one told us what was happening until someone found out why on the internet. Airtran should have been up front and told us the problem!

Two hour delay leaving Boston- Jetblue gave a $50 credit for any inconvenience. Trip back to Boston was on time and perfect. Jet Blue is a wonderful airline.

I recently went to Florida round trip from Boston stopping in Baltimore both ways. AirTran makes it very easy and accommodating by making the connecting gate as close to the one you arrived on. I appreciated that so much as I am sure many of my fellow travelers did. It would be nice if something other than the pretzels or the biscotti could be served. Would it be possible to get a bottle of water or a can of soda without having to get it from the same bottle??

First of all my flight was to leave Atlanta at 6:45 from one gate which took forever to get to. after watching the delay time change several time they changed our gate to the another gate which took forever to get to. Then I get on a jam packed flight to find a lady sprawled out all over 3 seats with her dog-carrying case, etc. This dog smelled so bad that it was almost like he used underneath the seats as a potty. I asked the woman if she was putty her dog in the carring case and her response was let me see your ticket to see if your sitting in here. So delayed flight-smelly dog-rude lady does not make for a good flight. One of the worst flights ever!

We had a layover in Cincinnati but when we were getting ready to land, they said we had to divert because of fog. We went to Indianapolis for 20 minutes and when we got back, our connection left. We were then sent to Louisville, then to Atlanta, then finally to Ft. Myers. It took us 12 hours to get there!! And my biggest complaint is that I did not get one apology from anyone at anytime for what we had to deal with. It will be a long time before I fly Delta again.

Easy non-stop flight which we've taken numerous times without delays. Love the personal TVs (espacially when traveling with kids!) and better free snack selection than any other domestic airline. Staff is always friendly and helpful, though they do now charge for headphones if you don't bring your own.

I love the nice leaather seats that are roomy and comfortable. Love the little TV's. Always good service. I try to use it as often as I can from BOS to DEN and BOS to RSW. I would use it more to Denver if it had more daytime flights.
