Brought our own food. Flight was on time. Only downside was the 1/2 hour wait for our luggage to come out causing us to miss our bus and wait an hour for the next one.

Spirit changed the weight limit from 50lbs to 40lbs It is bad enough that you have to pay for luggage(1) but to change it without notice stinks!!! We had to stuff our carry-on's with my husbands extra 4lbs. Fortunately we flew Jet Bue home so there was NO issue.

No room at all in the seats and to many extra costs involving luggage. Check in should be at one window one time instead of giving your info at the check-in comp. then going to the window. Seems like your method causes more delays. I'm sure I won't be flying Spirit again......

Everything went smoothly, with minimal time spent at check-in and security. Personnel were helpful and pleasant. So nice to have leather seats, and the extra space between rows meant I could actually move my legs!! I'll fly Jet Blue again. ;^)

unfortunatley we went with price. never again.. just not worth all the nickel and dimes. the time of the year and we were not traveling with luggage made the price better than most. i could not wait to get off the plane, seats were so uncomfortable. coffee $2, water $3.00. please!!!! how insulting, paid for flight and seat!!!!

Spirit air offered an inexpensive non-stop flight with no frills. It turned out to be just that, so pack some snacks for the ride.

Our flight to FLL on Sat. was delayed from 10:30 AM until 4 PM. No reason given- but the rumor was the crew had flown too many hours. We finally boarded and then spent three hours in the most uncomfortable seats.Oh well, they did have leg room. No delay on the return flight but still uncomfortable seats. Does anyone who designs airplanes ever sit in the seats they design? They should be made to sit in them for two weeks minimum.

The price was great until you learned that every thing including the seats were an added cost. No water tea of coffee unless you had a credit card and the prices were high. No bags checked no bags carried on unless you paid extra. Great deal for families with very small children who like to cry and push on the seats. Speaking of seats they do not recline so they can get more seats on the plane and it assures you do not have enough space to open your laptop. If I had a flight lasting more than 3 hours or i had to get some work done I would gladly pay the extra money. If you have good sleeping medication and the ability to hold your head upright while you sleep then this may be a cheaper alternative but when you add in the hidden fees it can be more expensive then the better airlines,

Flight was on time, no peanuts, just a tiny bag of pretzels, chairs were very small, but we were able to spread out because neither flight was full. Overall good value for the price. No movie or entertainment.

Once again JetBlue rules. My seat had tons of legroom which is important to me since I'm tall. The in-flight crew was personable and yet professional. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on check-in was the length of the line. I usually just have to drop a bag but because of short notice, I had to get a seat assignment as well. There were a lot of service reps though and the line moved quickly. We left the gate just a few minutes late but made the time up and actually arrived 15 minutes early. JetBlue is definitely my favorite airline.

Our recent trip (one way segments from Fort Lauderdale to Boston Logan and back)was very easy with no delay. The check in process is expedited by kiosks to get boarding passes and bag tags. The first checked bag is FREE! A bag check-only line speeds up the process. There is good overhead storage for carry-on bags, good leg room allowing under seat stowing of bags, a personal TV/XMS Radio in the seat in front($2 for a headset which you get to keep). I will fly Jet Blue whenever possible!

Spirits $44.00 fare to Ft. Lauderdale from Boston is a clear lie. Minimum price ends up to be about $164.00 RT with No checked baggage. Taxes, service fee, airline fee, seat fee, baggage fee doubles the price. The seats were like bargan basement thin and cheap, flight attendant looked weary, comfort was not there, room between seats has been compromised, airport check in was all selfdone with one poor girl doing a hell of a lot of work trying to assist people that are not savey with self help computers. no time for any pleasantries that I saw. Thanks for listening! Donna Barrett
