The personal TVs were having some issues but besides that, it was a smooth ON TIME flight. The seats on JetBlue are the best!

We had weather delays going both ways. The crew was very nice because of the delays we had to run to make our connection and the crew had saved a set of seat for the "family with small kids". The Chicago terminal was very cramped and crowded. Its a challenge trying to get families to sit together on Southwest another passenger gave my husband the finger when he took the two seats together that the man had been saving for his friends. Pay the extra $10 for early check-in a boarding.

Jet Blue's "more leg room" seats are as big as First Class on other airlines for a lot less money. Their planes are a lot cleaner than others too. Loved our personal TVs, so that we could watch whatever we liked. Our flight attendants were professional AND funny. Made for a very pleasant experience. Way to go, Jet Blue!

Congratulations to JetBlue. This trip was one of the specials they had on sale last month (May 2010) to celebrate their 10th birthday. My friend and I took a day trip to Denver for $20 round trip each, with taxes it came to $41 and change! Nice comfortable seats for the long ride across country.. Very friendly staff, extensive inflight entertainment and I appreciate having ACTUAL tea and milk, rather than the powdered stuff other airlines force on you.. I hate coffee so finding a decent cup of tea is a rarity.

I try and fly Jet Blue when I can. I like the easy computer check in, the wondrful leather seats with room to spare and your own TV. The snack service seems to continue throughout the flight and mine was over 3 hours. Everyone seems happy. I usually wait and do my trip when I can get a Jet Blue flight.

In may I flew Delta from Boston-Denver via Salt Lake. Then on the way home I flew Denver-Boston via Cincinnati/N Kentucky. Delta uses Terminal A in Boston, the nicest and newest of all the terminals there. Check-in and security took well under 15 minutes. Salt Lake airport is dated and crowded at peak transfer times. The Delta Connection "terminal" is absurdly overcrowded. I wait somewhere quiet until the last minute before proceeding through the mayhem of what they refer to as the "E" gates. Denver airport was beautiful. And the luggage from my flight arrived fast. Cincinnati airport is now under-capacity, making it very quiet and easy to navigate. I'd use it again if I had to make a connection.

I flew this route Boston to Denver a few summers ago. It was an okay experience, long layover in JFK. Also I flew Continental and the plane was an older model, didn't offer the amenities that I enjoy on newer planes (no individuals tvs). My final destination was Basalt, CO so it was a bit of a ride from Denver to Basalt. I think the only other option would have been to fly into Aspen but the prices were almost doubled. All in all it worked out fine but was a long trip!
