The leg room is minimal. The flight was full and we had an extremely large passenger in the middle seat who overflowed into my seat (aisle) and the widow seat. Due to the seating situation I had to lean into the very crowded narrow aisle (crowded because the line for the two restrooms at the rear of the plane) to be able to read my book. If I were travelling for work and had to use my laptop I would not recommend this flight.

I failed to get my upgrade, but the cabin crew still made me feel like a VIP. I brought my own seat cushion (as a plan B) and had a very good trip.

This aircraft should have been put to rest a long time ago.

Interior of plane was shabby. In my row of 3 seats, the seat pockets were all hanging off the seats in front and just attached by one side. I was in the aisle seat and the arm rest (along the aisle) was coming apart, with sharp fragments of the plastic (or whatever) sticking out. I was afraid of snagging my clothing or sticking one of the sharp edges in my arm! I asked the flight attendant for some duct tape but she said she'd take care of it. About an hour later, I saw her again and she was headed toward my row with a plastic bag. She wrapped that around the arm rest and said that she would note that for repair. I wonder why it hadn't been repaired already. I don't know what the rest of the plane looked like, can just comment on the area around me.

I went to visit a friend living in Dallas in early February when there was a major storm that was hitting the mid-Atlantic. I was expecting delays getting back but was pleasantly surprised that my flight back to Boston, with a stop in Charlotte, was not affected by the many cancellations and delays. In fact it arrived almost an hour early.
