I was not given my seat assignment until AFTER the entire flight was boarded and I was traveling with an infant. We arrived more than 2 hours ahead of the flight time in order to be given the assignment early so we could board and get settled. Instead we were ignored until the last minute even after 2 separate requests with no explanation as to why we were not being given our seat.

Flight was great!! Easy take off, no turbulence, and we were on the ground before I even knew it! Pilot was helpful in keeping us apprised of events as they happened. Got a snack and a drink! All in all a very enjoyable experience. Will fly Delta again soon.

Perhaps it was because the flight (1st flight)was not crowded,the speaker sound was painfully loud. The second flight was full, the sound level was better.

Like riding the bus, they got me there, and actually even on time this time around. Even flying through Philly, which is usually a nightmare.
