Flew down to visit a friend over New Years. Check-in went pleasantly smoothly, the plane was on time, and the seating was comfortable (for economy seating, anyway).

I didn't know a thing about jetblue before we found the flight. We scored tix for 79 down and 49 back total of 149 per person ( and there were 3 of us ) the night before we flew, way better than driving! We got checked in quickly and when we got on the plane we knew it was different! Lots of extra legroom, they let me change to a row that was empty so I could nap, love that! Flight was on time and the people at jetblue were amazing! I will pick them first from now on, if they're inexpensive of course! And the first bag was free! I loved it!

I've been on a few flights and this would be my third time with Jet Blue. Jet Blue is the best airline around. I've been on United, American & Continental and Jet Blue is the best of the best. I hightly recommend this airline for any trip.

Flight went really well, especially considering I was traveling with my infant. Attendants were helpful and positive. Seats were comfortable and we got free snack and drinks.

reasonably efficient boarding, good update re:delay for mechanical problem. but can't they make people count to 2 for those stupid carry-ons?

Southwest's new service from Boston's Logan airport is a great addition. I enjoy flying southwest due to their friendly staff and comfy seats. They are not always the cheapest airline, but they are very good quality. My flights left on time and arrived early. Even United does not offer in flight snacks as Southwest continues to do so. Peanuts or pretzels are better than nothing!

I have flown many air lines for many years and I love the way one is treated On Jet Blue Keep up the good work. It is nice to have an airline that is affordable and yet makes you feel like a queen.
