Uneventful and as scheduled. All 4 segments on the rt trip left and arrived on time. It was really cheap.

Even in today's declining service and civility market in the air, the flight attendants' attitude (uncaring, unhelpful)and lack of service was rather jarring. During a four hour flight, beverage service was offered only once, and the front restroom for blocked off twice during the flight for about 15 minutes, apparently so that the flight crew could use it.

We could get loaded on airlines alot faster if the carry on luggage was checked for fitting in the overhead bins. We are constantly having our things crushed because others bring luggage that is too cumbersome for the overhead compartment.

I recently took a trip to Austin, and before being able to board the plane at Logan in Boston, MA, we were notified over the loudspeaker that there would be a delay due to the fact that the pilot needed a new chair...Yes it sounded odd, and people who thought they were about to board the plane weren't too pleased. This led to an hour delay and once we got on the plane, you could tell most people weren't too happy. But once everyone was seated, before the pre-flight instructions, the pilot actually came out and talked to us. He was funny and even apologized by saying "I'm sorry for the delay, but if I can't reach the pedals, I can't fly the plane fast enough to take off." This took the edge off of the somewhat tense mood and after takeoff the flight attendants were courteous and took care of every passenger's needs in a timely manner.
