I'm an airline cynic as I used to be an employee of one of them when flying was service-oriented, food was served & flight attendants were young, proud of their jobs & professionals. My Delta flights ran on time which is about all I ask of them anymore. Seat was fine. F/A's were wearing blue jeans & pink tee-shirts which looked horrible on them, totally non-professional. One of them never smiled, not once, not even when she was talking to the other F/A's. The other 2 were more pleasant. Short flights, ran on time, made my connection, works for me.
