    Our flights were good, as always. On time and our luggage arrived with us. I don't think you can ask for much more. One United staff person in particular at MSP was delightful I wish I had gotten his name.

    We love flying United. We have alwys been on time (actually almost always early) and our luggage is always waiting for us. Also appreciate that there is no additional charge for inflight entertainment.

    Horrible. They lost all luggage on a non-stop flight. They could not find it at MSP. I waited for 90 minutes and they still had not located it.

    I waited for over 20 minutes at the check in area. I had already checked in at the Kiosk only needed the bag to be checked in. Attendant pulled my baggage claim and then disappeared, no one assisted for over 20 minutes. Helped numerous other customers check in before offering to put tag on my bag.
