    After holding for nearly 2 hours to cancel trip flex 24 hours had expired and I was stuck with it. As I go to use it and change my flight I am told I am stuck with the price I booked it. I am told that I can cancel and rebook, but be aware that I will lose the trip flex and the $20 convenience fee. So, as a result it would have $50 dollars to simply cancel the flight AND I wouldn't have to deal with the hassle. I will take this trip since I've already paid, but will not fly with them again!

    I arrived at check in 1.5 hours early in this small town airport. I had paid extra for priority boarding and seat assignment. Myself along with around 60 other passengers waited for nearly an hour for someone to come to check in counter. She arrived 25 minutes before scheduled departure. AND she was the only one. I FINALLY get to the gate and board the plane only to find that through no fault of my own I had lost my seat. AFTER calling and holding for more than an hour to express my feelings I was told that I have to write a letter to customer service to see if there is anything that can be done. It's not about the $25 dollars Allegiant stole from me, it's a simple matter of customer service! and guest satisfaction! Since I can't get a refund on this ticket and have to fly with them back, I assure you this will be my LAST flight with these idiots!

    Ok fight ,the old depart. times were alot better .they also had drawing on the fight ,thats no more .pos. are the prices still pretty cheap .stevie wonder ...p.s. your nickled and dimed on everything

    the flights were good and and check in was fast. The attendants were friendly. I thought soft drinks should have been free, though.

    could not ask for a better flight, cheaper, helpful, hardly any turbulance, very accomodating, arrival on time one way and half an hour early the other way!

    This is always a great flight, usually without any turbulence and short without stops. It does get a bit uncomfortable, as in some planes the seat backs recline minimally if at all. Watch out for the online ripoffs as you check in, priority boarding, assigned seat, when they don't overbook, and of course the always present $49 bag check in. Get tickets at the airport and save $30 if you can as they charge about $30 to get your ticket online . . . crazy but true.

    Good flight out to Las Vegas, timely out of the gate and in. The return flight was less friendly. A delay in the flight out of Vegas caused us to not be able to connect in Salt Lake City, and with no other flights avaiable we were forced to stay another night! With jobs to get to that day it meant lost wages and lost time
