    they kept changing gates , had to board the plain out side, bad weather the airplane was too hot no one seem to care

    I always viewed Southwest as a little 'corny' - from the casual dress code to the offbeat commercials, but they are earning a top notch reputation. OK, so you can't secure an assigned seat, but for $20 (round trip) you get preferred boarding and 2 suitcases still fly free! Soft drinks and snacks are provided with a smile and they genuinely appreciate your business.

    They have made a convert out of me!
