Friendly crew and top notch service on the flight down to Hawaii. Free mai tais for the plane before landing. Saved more than $200 per person compared to flying out of YVR.

good leg room in economy...didn't feel like the person infront of you had their seat reclined into your chest. Direct flight is the only way to fly.
Great little extra was the complimentary mai tai & macadamia nuts prior to landing in Honolulu. Got us in the mood for sure.

Late night flight, noisy babies, need I say more...
In addition, when leaving Honolulu to come back home, we had to wait for over two hours until Alaska had someone at their counter so that we could clear the agricultural station. We could not enter the terminal until then and we, as well as several others, were forced to wait with our luggage with only concrete benches to sit on. We had hoped to eat dinner at the airport, but that was an impossibility. Not an all around good experience!
