This was the first time we had flown Air Tran. We were upgraded to Business class, the first time our kids had flown business class. That was the highlight!!The service was also much better than I expected...I will be flying Air Tran again. Thank you Air Tran, i thank you for the experience!!

Going out we left on time and arrived early.
Coming back we left late and arrives on time.
Baggage claim was a little harried on the return flight, but everyone on both flights were courteous and did everything to make people comfortable. A child got sick as we were pulling from the gate out of B'more, and the attendant was all over it! He and his crew made it like it never even happened! mom, kid and siblings did fine the rest of the flight. Wish I had gotten his name. Good job!!!
