Plane left on time, arrived early.Flight attendants (on board). Not real friendly outbound flight.Had to mention disability to get temperature adjustment.DId keep me supplied with water, though.
Return flight arrived 40 minutes early. That crew much friendlier. No checked bags,so no problem there.Unfortunately for me, my ride's car broke down,so I sat at the airport for an hour. This reminded me of the way United was years ago when I only flew United. Hope it continues.

For a cross-country, five/six hour flight in coach (cattle) class, this trip/flight was fine. Very much on time in all respects.
Cramped seats and no service beyond meager beverages are simply the industry standard these days, so United can't really "take a hit" for that. And while the price was far from cheap, it was probably fair for non-stop service at the prime time of the day.
