    Southwest has easy check-in, smooth flying, nice flight attendants and pilots with a good sense of humor. Every flight I have taken to Phoenix has arrived ahead of schedule. They also outshine the other airlines with their free baggage system, which is so considerate to the working class customers who are paying their own fares. Seating is more comfortable than a lot of airlines. Southwest will definitely continue to get my business.

    Roundtrip flight (BWI to PHX) couldn't be better - easy checkin, ontime takeoffs, quick baggage retrieval - SW rarely disappoints.

    Flight was 1 and a half hours late taking off due to equipment problems - otherwise flights were very good.

    Though the planes were two of the nicest that I have flown, the flight attendants all acted like they had just been told that they were not getting paid this week. We were all inconveniences to them as they barked orders. I couldn't hear the rudest one when she went over the drink list two rows up, so I asked if she had coffee. She pointed to the metal carafe and said, "What do you think this is?" and rolled her eyes. "Yes" or "no" would have been simpler to say.
