We had an uneventful flight. It was on time, the flight attendants were very courteous and helpful. We did not deplane at our layover airports. We had one stop on the way to Orlando and two on the return.

The title says it all, but I love Southwest. This airline really is in a class by itself primarily because they make the whole travel experience simple and cost-effective. Well Done!

The flights to Florida was on time and was very smooth. Upon arrival in Orlando the bags were delivered very quickly. The return flight was scheduled to leave on time but the crew identified a technical problem that needed to be addressed. The delay caused the flight to leave 50 minutes late. Other than that the flight was non eventful and the staff was efficient.

Trip up delayed, first by mechanical issues and then by the airport shutdown in Philly. 5 hours later we'd missed our shuttle to our night's sleep and had to depend on a relative to pick us up.

Trip back, quick checkin, quick security process, ontime departure, EARLY arrival.

Both ways, pleasant staff, and I have to commend those who had been delayed in Philly and still were on the plane for us going to Baltimore.

Soutwest gets it right from the "free baggage" to the ability to pay $10 to preboard. As a single traveler who is short, it is important for my carry-on experiences to be on the plane earlier rather than later. The steward/stewardesses were very nice and pleasant on both trips. I WOULD fly Southwest again!

Aside from a malfunction w/ the steering upon pulling away from the hanger...which caused us to sit confined to the cabin for an hour, the remainder of the experience was pleasant. We were kept updated on the situation and arrived at our destination safely! The return trip was issue-free and went very smoothly!!!

Routine flights and they are the best. Would like the flights even more if Airtran did not have the $15 per flight bag fee.

We love Southwest airlines as they are always on time and have only had a problem with a delay due to a snow storm. They allow 2 bags to fly FREE!!! Their flight attendants are always courteous and fun to be with. On this last flight, right before we were to deboard, they announced that that there was a passenger aboard in the back of the plane, was in the military and was on his way home from Afghanistan and hadn't seen his wife and kids in 18 months. They asked everyone to remain seated to let him get off the plane first. Everyone on the plane started clapping and stood up while this passenger walked down the aisle to get off the plane. Cheers to Southwest!!! I will continue to support this wonderful airline...

Never had any issues with Southwest. Flights have always been on time. This flight was great! Our 2 yr old grandson went with us. On the return trip I bought the Early Bird checkin and we 3were able to get bulkhead seats which allowed him to get on the floor a bit. The flight crew doesn't seem to joke around as they have in th epast but I still LUV Southwest!
