    Totally missed my NJ to OKC connection due to "heavy air traffic". They wanted me to stay over in NJ for 24 hours to make the next direct connection, but I made them re-book me to Houston where I could catch an earlier flight out of George Bush Int'l to Oklahoma City. Don't they train these people to think? I needed to attend a class for work the next day! The hotel was totally at my expense. The flight from NJ to Houston was okay, except for the fact that I was sitting next to an off-duty flight attendant who kept getting out of her seat. She finally chose to sit with the other flight attendants during the rest of the trip.
