Delta is the only airline that flies direct from BWI to MSP. I didn't mind paying the $23 bag fee,what hit a nerve was the 20 people behind getting FREE bag check-in at the gate.

Our 11:30am- non stop flight was cancelled. We were not notified - found out at the airport. They wanted to put us on a 5:30pm flight, w/a 2hr layover in Atlanta. We were finally scheduled on a 2:30pm flight, which was running late, which left us 20min in Atlanta to connect to another flight on the other side of the airport (we had to take the train to get there), and we weren't even seated together. This trip was a nightmare!

Delta canceled two non-stop flights from BWI to MSP due to "equipment problems in Minneapolis" on the day of my travel. Thus, they re-booked all the effected passengers on the remaining non-stop flights. Unfortunately, that meant all these flights were loaded beyond the allowed limit for that type of aircraft and the length of the flight. That meant, a fueling stop was necessary. When it was all said and done, I got a middle seat against the laboratory in the rear of the plane and arrived 5 hours late!
