    My only complaint is that I found used tissues in the seat pocket when I was going for the magazine-Gross!!! I found them on all four flights!

    Southwest knows how to treat seniors. Online check-in is clear and effective. Bag check is smooth -- counter crew is helpful with that. (And the cost is included in the cost of the ticket -- no extra fees for checking bags). Boarding has been improved since my last SWA flight. It's all good. Our flight was delayed by a need for change of equipment. The pilot explained everything and talked to passengers, when the sky got rough, the way you talk to adults!

    If only SWA would fly to Europe, Asia, Africa!!!

    the flight attendants were awesome from Milwaukee back to BWI. Landing was a bit rough but overall very good. The time we landed in both areas, we got there ahead of schedule.
