I did not like the small aircraft with small overhead compartments.I had to valet my computer bag with computer. Also, American Airlines last flight departs from Memphis at 4:50 which inconveniences me. I like a later flight to spend more time with my family.I come home on Friday thru Sunday.I prefer non-stop flights.I experienced an extended lay over in Atlanta on 01/28/2011 but we were compensated with a $100 bonus voucher.In my opinion it did not make up for the time I lost with my family.
