    This was my first flight on Southwest and I was impressed. No charge to check a bag, two snacks, and a whole can of soda. The flight crew was very cordial and polite. My last flight was on another airline and from now on I will be flying Southwest as long as they fly to my destination. Great Job Southwest. Also the flight magazine was terrific and I read the entire thing from cover to cover.

    Typical Southwest flight,ontime (actually early arrival), great flight attendants, clean aircraft. You can't ask for more than that plus free peanuts to boot.

    The check in was smooth. the system of boarding made the process orderly. The service was nice and it was great not to have to pay for everything you receive on the plane. The landings were great!
