    YOU HAVE TO WEIGHT LESS THAN 150 TO BE COMFORTABLE IN A US AIR SEAT. MY HIPS TOUCHED THE ARMREST, HAD TO GET UP TO FIND THE HOLE FOR THE HEADSET, HAD TO GET UP AGAIN TO FIND THE CORRECT STATION AND WOULDN'T GET UP AGAIN TO FIND THE VOLUME...AND THIS WAS IN THE EMERGENCY AISLE THAT WE THOUGHT MIGHT HAVE MORE ROOM. BUT, THE SEATS FROM PHOENIX TO BALTO SEEMED MORE COMFORTABLE, AND THIS WAS THE SHORTER PART OF THE TRIP! COULD NOT SLEEP THE ENTIRE TRIP.

    I fly United a lot and it has always been a positive experience. The inflight service in First Class is always great. The seats are ok, the Europe seats are better.

    I will say that having the Star Alliance available when you are traveling to many different countries and areas of the US is a bonus.

    Their new program of automatic upgrades for no miles or money is a great idea.

    Departures and arrivals were all on time. Had an empty seat next to me on the flight from Denver to HNL. Got to stretch out and enjoy the trip.
