We like Southwest and have always had a good experience when flying with them. Always on time unless unusual weather conditions. Southwest is the airline for us!

It's been a while since I have flown Southwest, but forget how enjoyable it is. They are efficient and never take themselves too seriously except when it comes to safety. Otherwise, it's a pleasure to fly with Southwest.

The title says it all. No baggage fees, no problems. Fast efficient with well trained personnel with a sense of humor.

I fly about 5 times a year, usually to Chicago/Midway, always on Southwest. I have never had a bad experience with that airline in all of the many years that I have been flying. The only complaint that I have is that "Bags Fly Free" is a little misleading. It's bags UNDER 50 LBS that fly free. At Christmastime, my children and I flew to Chicago and it was only by luck that our largest bag weighed in at 49.8 lbs. Now I know why I always see people repacking their luggage at the Southwest Check-in counter.
