    Recently flew RT BWI/GRR on Air Tran. It was a very smooth flight both ways. Outbound flight was on time, but Mother Nature (rain/ice) caused a delay in the return flight as plane had to be de-iced. Switched from coach to business class on return flight because there was NO leg room for my 6'1" husband and with a bad knee and hip, it was quite uncomfortable for me.

    The flight attendants were very friendly. Seats were spacious. People seemed happy to help. However, I was surprised to learn that they don't have blankets available.

    flight was smooth last minute upgrade was beyond worth it!! and the flight crew were absolutely the best!! i look forward to flying with airtran again..soon...

    10-15 minute delay due to sinks in the bathroom not working. Crew was great saying that instead of fixing them, no one was allowed to use them. Everyone was actually very releaved that this minor thing didn't set us back too far. In fact, time was made up in flight and we still made it to our destination on target.

    Quick and orderly boarding, Smooth flight, very nice attendants, informative pilot, no delays!!! The only uncomfortable thing was the seat cushions, they need more padding in them. Will definitely fly AirTran again.
