Upgrading to Business is very user friendly online if seats are available.
Am afraid when Southwest takes over they will eliminate Business. If the chief honcho feels everyone is the same then why aren't all the fares the same and why are certain individuals allowed to choose A B earlier than others?
Will probably look to another airline if this happens

As far as the flight was concerned it was overall a good experience. Airtrans website was unable to print boarding passes both departure days. Needless to say I had to wait in a long line at BWI, with everyother person who could not pre- print their boarding passes. Luckily on the way home we flew out of Fort Myers and we didnt have to wait. Rather inconvenienced but the people working behind the counter were very nice and made a bad situation better.

Pd for my seat at time of booking. Everything went so well. Arrived cool, calm and collected and flying is not in my top ten things I like to do.
