Southwest flight was low price, smooth and on time. BWI's Southwest Terminal wonderful. FLL's terminal needs rehab. Go to BWI.

This was my first experience with Southwest and all in all everything went well. I am going to pay the extra $10 next time to get a better spot for boarding. Although I was C3, people cheated on their boarding position and I ended up being the last to board.

I had almost booked my flight on Spirit. The strike would have been a major inconvenience. Having flown Southwest so many times before I somehow knew I should stick with them. I love that my baggage always flies for free and no ridiculous game of having to figure out what the ticket price actually is going to be. When my already bargain fare fell further before I left all I had to do was rebook online and got a credit for the difference. No hassle at all. I love Southwest. Period.

I have flown Southwest for so long that I was actually surprised to end up sitting next to someone just learning the Southwest routine. I would think these days that people would fly Southwest unless they absolutely couldn't. I have never had a bad Southwest experience. I have had bad experiences on other airlines. I am sticking with Southwest. By the way, I have no connection to Southwest other than being a customer.

Pleasantly surprised but atypical for much of the industry OTA and in flight service where very good. On the return flight, we were early in arriving and sat on the runway because our gate was still not ready for us to pull in - departing plane had not left. Plus other Air Tran flights were arriving at the same time and got to their gates ahead of us.
