    FIrst flight in quite sometime. Glad it was Southwest; they don't nickel and dime, fun flight crew, tremendous help for people with disabilities.

    I appreciated no extra fees, they allow 2 free checked bags! It's great being able to preprint boarding passes and skip all the lines at the airport. The only problem I had was trying to just get just a one-way early bird boarding privilege. I could have saved $10, oh well. After years as a USAir preferred flyer, Southwest is my new airlilne of choice!!

    Much time could be saved if they would load the plane from the back to the front. People seated in the rear/tail of the plane have to wait for the first rows to unload their carry-ons and find their seats and it takes too much time!
