    I find Southwest to have affordable prices and excellent customer service. Their staff are funny, friendly and fast. All around a most enjoyable experience. My flight attendant even lent me his pen.

    Excellent price and on time flights. That's generally all I want from an airline and Southwest almost always delivers. One flight attendant w/o enough to do thought my carry-on was too big to fit under seat. First time that's ever happened with that bag, I'm guessing bcse I was on aisle it was more visible to her than usual. She found overhead space several rows back, fortunately a guy in that row brought it forward lest I would've waited 10 mins for plane to empty.

    The chairs are first come first serve no assigned seats. There was enough leg room and the staff was very friendly, they also provided soft drinks.
