“Small Seats and plane is raggly.”

The seats are very small and a huge overweight man sat next to me on the plane and druled on me the entire time. The snoring was outrageous, not that I am blaming the aircraft for that. But if that seat was not so small, it wouldnt have been as bad. The plane squeaked all the way to Atlanta. If I can avoid it, I will not fly Delta again.

Flight and personnel were great. Only complaint would be I wish I could select seat assignment at time of purchase and not wait until time of check in. Otherwise, great job Air Tran!

Basically, a good experience...late departing by 30 minutes and the time couldnt be made up in the air. I try to use this airline because of the convenience and will continue to use them.

The flight arrival and departure times were great. No delays on either end. It would be great however if Delta did not have that $25 checked bag fee. That fee tends to make people carry on baggage and the overhead bends pile up and people are searching for someplace to put their carry on baggage. They can do better with those tiny bags of peanuts they call snacks.

I RECEIVED A CELL PHONE NOTICE FROM ORBITZ THAT THE FLIGHT WAS DELAYED FROM 12:30 UNTIL 1:00. GATE DIDN'T KNOW THIS. THEN I RECEIVED ANOTHER NOTICE FROM ORBITZ DELAY UNTIL 1:15. ASKED GATE THEY CONFIRMED, SAID IT WAS TRAFFIC CONTROL HOLD. THEY NEVER PUT UP THE 2ND HOLD. LOADED THE PLANE. CAPTAIN SAID ATL. HAD RELEASED THE HOLD BUT BALTIMORE DIDN'T KNOW THIS. FINALLY BALTIMORE GOT THE MESSAGE AND RELEASED US AT 1:35. (1 HOUR 5 MIN. LATE.) I HAD A CONNECTING FLIGHT IN ATLANTA THANK GOODNESS I MADE IT (LAST ONE OUT)IT WAS A FEW MINUTES LATE ALSO.

My friend and I had no problems with either of these short Delta flights from BWI to ATL over the Memorial Day weekend. Even though the return flight was delayed due to weather, we were kept informed and the delay was minimal.

Flight to ATL was as expected, paid extra for exit row so leg room was good and boarding was zone 1. Seat could have been padded better. Purchased upgrade on return, great move. The 717 is small craft and overhead storage gone when fully booked plane only half loaded. Despite time lost by gate checking the crew was hustling and took off on time. If airlines enforced the size limits for carry on bags much of the hassles would be gone.
