All four flights left on time and arrived on schedule or even early! Miracles of miracles. Great attendant on last segment. She really seemed to enjoy her job which isn't evident from most flight attendants anymore.Limited leg room on all airlines in economy now but wasn't uncomfortable during the flights. All in all a better experience than other recent air trips.

We had a good experience with this AA flight. It left on time, was full, but our seats were comfortable. The beverage service was good, flight attendants were friendly.
Time between flights was enough for us to walk briskly to the other terminal for our new gate, with time to spare to buy lunch and eat it at the gate before boarding.

A couple of issues with this flight. First, although monitor showed flight departing on time, Southwest customer service knew that we would be delayed to wait for connecting passengers (they said by 5 minutes, it ended up being at least 20). How come customer service has access to this info but it isn't reflected on the monitors?
Also, we were told early on that turbulence would require everyone including cabin crew to stay seated for first portion of flight. However, crew announced twice that the status would last "another ten minutes," whereas, in fact, it was a full hour from initial ten minute announcement (and well over an hour after takeoff) before cabin crew & passengers were allowed up. Seems that the crew really should have given us some interim status updates.
Otherwise, flight was fairly typical SW long haul.
