    During the flight, there was only something to drink and not even some pretzel. The seats are very uncomfortable too.

    Plane was 2 hours late to arrive but Alaska did try to turn it around quickly to get us up in the air. The attendants were VERY apologetic and their upbeat personalities made up for the delay! Put disgruntled passengers into happy campers! Plane was in better condition than most I've flown recently. Leg room seemed more and seats were more comfortable.

    Paid more so that I got a non-stop from AUS to SJC but very disappointed to find it had a 2 hour delay. Disgruntled upon my sitting, but soon changed my mood with the perky flight attendant that was very apologetic and so happy you couldn't help but feel good! Leg room seemed a bit better than other airlines I've flown lately.

    overweight baggage fees are hefty...more than $50 for 10lbs over. seat recliner didn't work and crying babies made this a singularly miserable trip. Recommend earplugs. Also many passengers were carrying on very large rolling luggage. Good to know before we check overweight bags next time.

    Unable to reserve seats together at purchase for the AUS - SJC leg, but could for the SJC - AUS leg. Easy check-in & security at both airports. Love the digi players for the kids in-flight. Flew Memorial Day weekend, so lots of amateurs, but seems Alaska has limited overhead space compared to some. Flight crews consistently above average.
