Loved that for not too much extra $$ I got some nice extra leg room--but on the return trip I picked the wrong exit asile-no reclining seat-that wasn't so loved! But, you got priority in Austin for going through security, which saved alot of time! So great not having to drag your bag with you as well.

The check-in staff was helpful, cheerful and kind to our children. I loved the free checked bag and carseat. The seats on the plane we comfortable and we loved having a tv screen for each seat (even if one of them was on the blitz part of the time.) The only tiny thing that wasn't great, was that some of the attendants seemed a bit put-out when we asked for additional snacks and drinks (that are advertised as free and unlimited.) Overall, we loved it and the kids forst flight was enjoyable...even fun!

The San Francisco airport can be a very confusing place. On check-in I received clear and concise directions on location of security and gate. Boarding process was smooth, efficient and fast. In flight service was excellent with constant attention from the attendance as to drinks, snacks and clean-up.

The rows seemed to be a smidgen wider than other aircraft. I am 5'3" and did have less trouble crossing my legs than on another airlines. This might have been my imagination since I had an aisle seat and I ordinarily try for the window.

The intercom was somewhat fuzzy and so it was difficult hearing what the pilot had to say about our flight.

All in all, I do wish Jet Blue flew to more of the destinations that are usually on my itineraries.
